How much will my case cost?

Clark Family Law offers competitive pricing for each case.  The total cost of litigation will be determined by how contested or uncontested your matter is.  Contact us today to get personalized pricing for your case.

How long will my case take?

The length of domestic cases varies significantly depending on how contested your situation is.  An uncontested matter can be finalized in as little as thirty-one days. Contested matters on average take approximately six to twelve months.

Will I get custody of my children?

Because every family is unique, every custody determination is unique to each individual family.  Custody schedules are determined by the best interests of the child(ren).  The state of Missouri does not, by default, favor one party over the other; alternatively, the Courts will consider a number of factors in determining an appropriate custody schedule. Clark Family Law will zealously advocate for you and your family to help you achieve your desired results.  Contact us today to discuss the specifics of your custody situation to ensure your parental rights and your child(ren) are protected.

Can I move with my children?

Relocation with children is governed by the Missouri Relocation Statute.  The specifics of your situation will determine if and when you can move.  Give Clark Family Law a call today to discuss your situation, and we can provide guidance on the steps you will need to take to properly relocate with your children.

Can I protect myself from Domestic Violence?

Yes!

Keeping our clients safe before, during, and after litigation is our utmost priority at Clark Family Law.  Our team will assist and support you in taking the necessary steps to protect yourself and your child(ren).

Can we meet virtually to discuss my case?

Yes!  Clark Family Law is equipped to safely and securely conduct consultations and client meetings virtually or in person, whichever option works best for you!  We comply with all CDC, state, and local COVID-19 guidelines for all in person interactions.
